How the Universe Teaches Spontaneity
A creative look at following your dreams and calming the chaos

Are you tired of holding yourself back? Are you open to change? Are you
ready to feel joyful and free?

The universe gives us opportunities every day to be spontaneous. It’s a
beckoning for openness to change and adaptability. It’s about arising
from the subconscious like a phoenix from the ashes and listening to
your intuition. To do those things you really want to do. It’s those
“aha” moments. It's about being willing to undertake new behaviors when
the "tried and true" is ineffective.

The one thing you can count on in life is change. It can be overwhelming
and contribute to a feeling of being out-of-control. But think back to
those moments when you believed in yourself, were flexible and you
listened to those whispers and things turned out better than you had
expected. Having a vision and plans are important just as a captain of a
ship or your intellect charts his course and make plans to arrive at the
intended destination. Yet the weather and storms along the way actually
determine the course. Your intuition helps get you there best.

One way to get in touch with your intuition and spontaneity is
creativity. It’s something that is child-like and full of wonder and
puts you in the moment coming from a heart space where you can listen
and receive. And an excellent way to free-up the mind from worries and

Judith and David, spiritual teachers and partners, share how the
universe taught them spontaneity through an impromptu spiritual tour
that keeps changing its course. They will teach you how to get in touch
with your intuition and spontaneity and provide tools for responding
positively to change. They’ll cover the differences between spontaneity
and impulsiveness and show how spontaneity brings the higher results.
And emphasize how focusing on creativity can nurture and provide
therapeutic benefits when life seems overwhelming. And we’ll get creative.
